The terms governing your use of NetSkills Center's website, courses, and digital services.
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NetSkills Center website, courses, services, and any related applications or platforms. By accessing the website, registering for a course, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
NetSkills Center provides live online courses, learning paths, and professional digital services in AI, data analytics, automation, programming, and digital marketing. Course delivery is primarily live online, supplemented by recorded materials and project work.
You must be at least 16 years old to register for an adult course on your own behalf. Children under 16 may register for kids' programs only with the consent and contact involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Registration for our programs is performed via WhatsApp, email, or social media direct messages. You agree to provide accurate and current information at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue you.
Course and service fees are confirmed at the time of registration or by contract. All fees are due as agreed at the time of booking. Unless explicitly stated, fees do not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Refund eligibility is described in your specific course or service agreement.
Live sessions are conducted through Google Meet or similar tools. You agree to attend respectfully, refrain from disruptive behavior, and respect the privacy of fellow learners. Recording, redistributing, or publicly sharing any session, slide, or material without our written consent is not permitted.
All course materials, recordings, slide decks, exercises, and proprietary content are the intellectual property of NetSkills Center and its instructors, protected by applicable copyright and IP laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own learning and reference. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them without prior written permission.
Verified certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements, including attendance and project deliverables. We reserve the right to withhold certificates where requirements have not been met or where conduct has breached these Terms.
Our consulting and software development services are delivered under a separate Statement of Work that supplements these Terms. In case of conflict between an SOW and these Terms, the SOW prevails for the specific engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NetSkills Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, courses, or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course or service shall not exceed the fees you paid for that specific course or engagement.
Courses are provided for educational purposes. Outcomes — including job placements, freelance income, or business results — depend on individual effort and external factors and are not guaranteed.
We may suspend or terminate access to courses or services for material breach of these Terms, including fee non-payment, harassment of staff or fellow learners, or unauthorized distribution of materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of NetSkills Center, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
